Results vary from individual to individual. It needs both your dedication and commitment towards your goal. Sometimes, it might not be measureable effect (weighing scale reading) but you will start feeling better, energetic, and also shrunk within two weeks.
Dietitian Niveta always focuses on natural and healthy eating and the by- product of which is weight loss.

As said earlier, the first rule for weight loss is discipline in your eating habits. We advise you to eat healthy throughout your life in order to maintain what you have achieved.
